Position: Customer Service Representative

person. Experience with gear helpful, but not required
Reports to: Head of Customer Service
- Provide customer service via phone interaction with
customers
- Take and process orders via phone and e-mail
- Provide order status to customers via phone or
e-mail
- Provide quotes to customers
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes of customer
interaction
- Tracks and resolves problem orders as they arise
- Data entry
- Works closely with buyer
- Must have a thorough knowledge of MS Windows and MS
Outlook.
- Must have good phone demeanor and interaction with
customers.
